Chico High school is a very fun school with some very fun teachers that make education a blast but there are still some teachers that feel they need to impose their political opinions on us(Specifically the History and Spanish teachers). Most of my time spent here has been to memorize and regurgitate information, luckily though I've gotten lucky in getting a good chem teacher that teaches us concepts and tests us not on our memory but on our understandings of the concepts.
Our entire IT section of the school is filled with the coolest and smartest teachers who help us develop code and talent for engineering. Both software engineering and Engineering in general are both college courses able to be taken at our school and are a huge help in getting ahead in the game. I mainly came to Chico High because of the amazing Engineering program.
Chico High wrestling is definitely something to see. Most of us are top of our classes and are very well disciplined students.

Chico High has been a great school! I've really enjoyed my last three years here and I'm excited about my last year! I've felt very welcome here, we all really are a family. I love our school spirit and the people here. I've met some pretty cool people, which includes staff and students, that have made an impact on my life. The teachers overall are pretty good and have really helped me along my high school journey. The athletics are quite good too, I'd like to see more money funded to some of the sports teams, which I know isn't easy but would be beneficial. Also we just recently got a football field, which is great but should've been done a long time ago. But overall, it's a great school, I'm happy here.
Chico Senior high overall is a good school. The school offers many extraocular activities (sports, clubs, music, student government, AG, computer programming, etc) and enrolled in a good mixture of students to have diversity on campus. Most of the teachers helped create a fun and welcoming environment for students to learn comfortably. The school has a great and respected rivalry with the neighboring high school (PV). The primary sports (Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track & Field, Wrestling) are mostly advertised and heavily financially supported while the secondary sports are just there.
