When I first started highschool, I was getting distracted by other things which weren’t helping me in my life or my future. My peers and teachers showed me the real value of education and since then, I’ve changed my life. I realize how important school is and how much it benefits your future. I started playing many sports which taught me how to balance everything. I joined robotics and learned engineering is a area, I am very interested in. The whole place has contributed a lot to the person I am today!

Every teacher was different. They are strict in a way that is good for students. They enforce uniforms and ID's; have shirts tucked in, khaki pants nothing dark or too tight, and as well as have ID around the neck. Teachers are good at informing their students what is necesary for college. Since it is a college preperatory school it does a good job. However, they are extremely biased towards their students and it shows. They prefer their honor roll student vs. their troubled students. They do not offer help to students that need it the most. In some cases I will say they neglect them. Since they are not the students that bring the school's ranking up in which provides them the $$$, who needs them, right?
CMSA is a good school if you are interested in having a good education. The classes are average sometimes small but it allows you to have more of one-on-one interaction with teachers. The teachers are good, and they are always looking for ways to help you improve. Ways like keeping up with talks about grades, what you can do to improve, and overall how you are doing and your safety. The school is a very small school, with limited facilities. But what I like about it is that each year they try to improve on things. Recently we were given new water fountains, our school bus was no longer a van but a bus for students. We are given Chromebooks to help with our education those in AP classes are given resources to help them get throughout the year.
