Cherokee Elementary has been my place of employment for 18 years. It is located in a very rural area and has tremendous community support from both parents and local businesses. The faculty and staff are very loving, caring and play a important part in the lives of each student! My three children attended Cherokee Elementary. As a parent, I knew my children loved their teachers and loved learning. I knew my children were in a save environment and would be treated fairly. I can honestly say we may be a small school, in a little community, but we are making a big impact by shaping, molding and preparing little minds, for the future!

Cherokee Elementary School is a great school! It is a very close community where the school and the churches seem to be the hubs of the community. We have a PTO that is probably one of the best that I have had an opportunity to be a part of. The school has a variety of assets from which to draw from. The teachers and staff are great! The principal cares about our children and greets them at the door each morning with a smile and something nice to say. The school is a small rural school and this makes for a great place for children to learn.
Cherokee Elementary School has a great group of students, parents, teachers, and staff! The atmosphere of the school is positive, and the students truly do come first.
