Chatham Central High School is a small school out in the middle of no where. What I like about this school is that it's small, and everyone knows who you are. I also like about this school are the teachers. Our teachers work so hard everyday to make sure we understand what we are learning by creating teaching methods for all different learners. The last thing I love about my school is that there are so many club options for everyone, and everyone can be apart of something.

My favorite thing about Chatham Central High School is the principal, Mr. Stensland. He is chill, and he is someone that you can joke with and feel like you can go to for anything. But, when is gets down to business, he is serious. Sadly, he is retiring on October 19th. Overall, this is a great school. If you like a small populations, we only have around 400 kids. Everyone basically knows everyone. The teachers are great, and it all feels like family. We also have one lunch called Empower Hour. This lunch is split into two 30 minutes halves. During the first half, if you are struggling in a class, you can go to a study session to work with the teacher one-on-one. It really helps in classes you don't really understand. There isn't really much I would change.
The atmosphere around Chatham Central is the first thing anyone notices when visiting. The feeling of a close community striving to better each and every student is shown in every classroom. One thing I would change is having a bigger class so it is more diverse and everyone can meet new people. Chatham Central has always been a place elementary school, middle school, and even other school students come for football games, basketball games, and even more local activities.
