Being at a small school let me really engage and interact with my peers and get to know them better. The education system is very strong due to the size of our school. Sports teams are also very crucial to our school and have succeeded in many different ways through the years. In my 13 years so far of going to this school, i have made so many friendships and so many long lasting memories and have learned so much as well.
I loved going here, even if it was for a short time. I moved schools a few times before attending, but this school felt more like home than anywhere else. I still live in the area and even work there as a peer tutor. This school may be small, but the community is welcoming and really helped me become the person I am today. I really loved how open they were to new clubs and programs, as I founded an environmental club and helped create a better recycling system for the school.
I could not ask for a better experience at my high school. It is a small school so you always see familiar faces. Teachers are very "students first" oriented. There is an organized mentor program where you participate in group activities to bond with other students and to learn the importance of school and friendship. Teachers are always willing to sacrifice free time to coach students in anything they need help with. At my school everyone has spirit, our pep rallies are always a blast for teachers and students. Our lunch staff is incredible and they always ask about your day. Our custodial staff are very funny and always cracking a joke to students. I feel safe in my school and I loved getting an education here.
