Every Tuesday and Thursday the school offered ESS, a way to help students who needed help studying. Our guidance counselor was one of the best in the state, and she was there to help anybody who needed it. Our principal also had counseling degrees, as did a few of the teachers. Our library had six computers, and we had three computer labs. Each classroom 5th grade and up had an extra computer for if a student needed to look up information. I cannot ever remember something going wrong with the building itself, if anything ever happened repairs were made immediately.

We had strict but not overbearing policies, no cursing, all shirts must cover the majority of the chest, no skirts/shorts should come above fingertips, no cellphones, no cheating, no bullying, no fighting, etc. If a student or teacher is worried about another student or teacher they could talk to the guidance counselor or principal anonymously, and parents could voice their opinion on classwork or homework if needed.
In my eight years at Chandlers, I never had a teacher talk down to me, go unexplained if there was a question, grade another person differently than me, act rude, selfish, or anything of the sort. All the teachers were kind, caring, and intellectual, and they all tried to get to know their students on a personal level as well.
