Champlin Park High School is a wonderful school. I really like how diverse it is and how involved you can be here. There are so many clubs for different hobbies and the sports here have amazing coaches and athletes. I admire how highly the teachers think of their students and how devoted they are to teaching their students. There is a good variety of classes taught here and many options for high level classes. Finally, Champlin Park High School offers many resources for students to succeed and get help when they need it. I am proud that I will be a Champlin Park alumna!

Champlin Park is for people who want a wide range of academic opportunities. AP, IB, and CIS programs allow for students to challenge themselves. Along with this, the administration, and counselors have been making an effort to try and get more involved with the student body.

The music program has been rated as one of the best in the state of Minnesota. Choices between Orchestra, Band, and Choir, and multiple levels of skill between them allow for massive growth in musicianship and a larger sense of community at the school.

One thing about the sports program. The sports program, is like most other high schools. We heavily emphasize football. Coaches and teachers heavily support our players and treat them as if they were their own family.

I believe, that at Champlin Park, our diversity is one of our greatest strengths. Champlin Park is a welcoming home to people of all types. Everyone is welcome at CPHS. We are a family.
Champlin is a school that strives to meet the needs of its students. Through several student interest groups and organized protests, with the support of the staff and principal, we were able to fully voice our opinions and experience and exercise our constitutional rights, even in a school setting where those rights could with good reason be taken away. My experience here was so empowering, and while it wasn't the absolute best environment for me, I felt supported and prepared for the responsibilities of adult life and college. I am very glad I went to this high school.
