This is a great place to go to High School! The workload sometimes seems insurmountable, but the teachers are always willing to help! They truly do care about their students and will go out of their way to help you understand something! Most teachers actually have a sense of humor which makes the day much more enjoyable. The only complaints I have are about sports, however, when you come to Challenger you have to understand that you didn't come here for the athletics, you came to be challenged academically. I would recommend coming here to anybody that wishes to be challenged and anybody that doesn't believe that sports is the only thing that matters in High School.
Challenger has so many opportunities. From teachers/counselors that will guide to students that are always eager to give a helping hand. Teachers always give out opportunities to students such as tutoring (which is called SAS in Challenger) and if a student needs to vent/discuss a topic that's bothering them, academically or personally, counselors are always there to lend a hand. Students are also really helpful. For example, if you need to ask where a classroom is, nobody ever has a problem showing you. Not only does the high school part of Challenger provide opportunities to grow but CVCC, the college part of Challenger, does as well. Make sure to take advantage of what both high school and college will give. Also, don't forget to have lots of fun because Challenger also provides many extracurriculars. Overall, Challenger is a great opportunity that takes a lot of hard work and dedication.
Challenger Early College High School has taught me the importance of education and catching opportunities. The teachers at Challenger push their students to be the best version of themselves both academically and as citizens of society. Challenger staff instills good work ethic, manners, responsibility, and stewardship in their students!
