It was the best high school that I'd ever gone to. I was able to complete my Associate's in Arts before I even graduated, and the resources to help me succeed were there whenever I needed it. You really can't fail with school if you have the motivation for it. I also loved the free periods at Chain of Lakes Collegiate because it gave me time to renew my energy before my next classes. The food was so good (get the grilled cheese sandwich)! Also, the school faculty actually care about you, and the principal, Dr. Bonney, works hard for each of his student's success. If you're looking for the best school in Florida, it's right here!
Chain of lakes, also called COL, is a great school to go to when it comes to being prepared for college. You are able to craft your own schedule to meet your requirements, whether that be getting your AA or classes for your course, and it allows you to experience a college atmosphere. COL lets you get a first hand experience of being inside a college classroom and the type of work that comes with it. You are able to interact with college professors, students, and other faculty members while also being able to use the same facilities as them. A great gateway into college readiness and would highly recommend for those who adamantly pursue higher education!
My experience at Chain of Lakes Collegiate High School has been nothing short of great! The staff there are very friendly and helpful towards students and parents. The high school teachers, as well as college professors, are very knowledgeable. They have helped me achieve great academic standing and have put me on track to getting my AA degree when I graduate. Overall, Chain of Lakes is a great academic school.
