Ceres high School is a great school! There the a wide variety of ethnicity at this school which i believe makes it so unique because it teaches us to accept others for who they are and not what the color of their skin perceives them to be. The staff strongly encourage students to be prepared for college by having power point slide shows and have professors from different CSU's and UC's come so we have a chance to ask any questions we have. The school also offers a huge variety of clubs, there are clubs for college readiness for ethnicity school relations, gender acceptance and much more.

Ceres High is a great school that ensures their students obtain success. The teachers instruct well and go above and beyond the hours needed from them for their students to grasp the concept they teach. Ceres High is accommodating when it comes to juggling extracurricular activities and education, along with giving their students the correct path for their future!
Like any other high school, Ceres High was not perfect, but I can say that for the most part the staff did their best in aiding students in all aspects of their journey through high school. One aspect I can say I am grateful to Ceres High School for is the help the designated College counselor provided me with.Ceres High provided its students with free PSAT's and SAT's, something not all schools do. Ceres High also had "Bulldog Block", an extra period where we can get extra help with a specific class or free time to work on assignments.Ceres High also has what is called, "Stop it", an app which gives students an opportunity to report any unacceptable behavior or alert of students who may need emotional support. There were some issues regarding student favoritism, and I personally had some bad experiences. In one instance a staff did not want to provide me with the adequate materials needed for a course and in another I felt that I did not get a fair chance at joining a sports team.
