There are a wide variety of extracurricular opportunities at Century. Every year, there is an assembly which is all about the many clubs and activities students can participate in. For example, key club, which is a club all about the different leadership/volunteer opportunities students can acquire, is a great thing to be apart of because of the involvement in the community. Century provides a variety of clubs that fit many students' interest and makes them enjoyable for everyone!
Review Century High School
Although every school has their ups and downs, I would say my school is overall great because of the spirit everyone has, including the teachers, and even janitors! Our school halls are decked out in spirit, and at assemblies we ALL go crazy with our school chants. In addition, what makes Century High School unique is how hard we all work and try, especially the teachers. Whether it's for an event, or just teaching a lesson, the students and teachers try and work very hard to the best of our abilities. I am so proud to call this school, MY school.
Overall, I would say the teachers at Century High School are okay. However, it is very inconsistent and variable. Some teachers do genuinely care and are effective teachers, while others just plainly talk through a lesson and lose their students' attention. Although there are those handful of teachers that don't care as much as the others do, the teachers that do care are extremely supportive and would stay after school for as long as a student needs!
