CKHS is AWESOME! Great Teachers and Staff! Loving and caring Coaches. The school is in a great location and safe environment. Although, the diversity is average I made a lot of great and long- lasting friendships with a multiple of people from different cultures. I loved going to my high school and CKHS is a great one!
My experience was nothing but amazing. The teacher were amazing during my time and would have great stories to tell of their lives. The other staff were always very friendly and had the best smiles and were always in my best interest. I played basketball all four years and the staff and students would be at the game rocking the gym! It made for a great lively experience and was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this school to anyone planning on attending.
I was so excited for my sophomore year at a brand new high school. Quickly I realized the school is so small we are shoulder to shoulder in the halls. I guess as everything in life teachers have favorites. Overall school information is not shared well. Luckily they have some amazing teachers that go above and beyond. As the pandemic continues it has become obvious that the school district has no real plan in trying to return students to the classrooms. I have watched the public zoom district meetings where committee groups and dates to further discuss the current situation. My ultimate goal is to go to a university and the Med school. This has made me to make the difficult decision to leave the high school and attend school through Olympic Colleges a running Start. My future is important to me and it is important for my peers future. I have discovered I am a learned that does not fit in a single size box!
