Central Florida Leadership Academy is a charter school that is open to all students willing to develop there character and figure out who they are inside. The school is about building one's character and allowing one to take a leadership role and figure out an issue with others. The school is based on 5 Words and 5 Principals that allows the student to develop and practice these character words. Central Florida Leadership Academy is also a great school for little to no bullying. I, myself haven't witnessed any bullying in the school, because of the safe environment the school creates. Overall, Central Florida Leadership Academy is a great school.

The school is a small-setting school. There are only about 200 or 300 kids this year. Our school is trying to have a rigorous curriculum, to help improve the students as well as the school itself. We have to wear uniforms and abide by Values and Principles: Courage, Concern, Conscience, Curiosity, Truth, Destiny, Brothers-Keeper, Leadership, and Integrity. These words help build character in each and every student.
I have been at CFLA for 7 years now ,my overall experience at CFLA has been pretty spectacular. The staff and teachers have been able to watch me grow up giving me the chance to watch them grow as well. On top of being close to the teachers and staff, The five principles and values we are taught at school grew on me. I find myself using them everywhere. This school has opened me up to finding out what i want to do with my life, the goals I need to set and what kind of person I want to be throughout the process. The meanings of them went straight from my head to my heart. I became custom to truly using their words to their full potential. Because of the guidance of CFLA my grades have raised over the years, My attitude has changed for the better, and I have stepped out of my comfort zone more willing to new opportunities.CFLA will always be a place that remains cemented in my heart. I will continue to grow because of this school and go to college further prepared for success.
