Our guidance counselor is great! She's one of my favorite workers in this school. This office staff is okay. I know they will make accommodations for students with mental illnesses such as anxiety. There isn't much of a bullying problem at this school, its so small that almost everyone is friends. We don't usually have problems with our dress code. Most frequent complaints I hear are from tall girls. Your skirt can not be any shorter than three inches above your knee, and for tall girls that isn't a lot of room. Another complaint is about tank tops and such. If you are wearing a tank top, it has to be covered up with a sweater or something or else you will be sent home, or the school will give you some sort of ugly cover up instead from the lost and found.
There aren't many extracurricular opportunities at this school. I can't think of any after school programs other than sports. There is NHS which usually holds meetings during school hours, fundraisers outside of school. There is a student council, and a robotics team. Robotics does 98% of the work in the STEM class - so if you aren't in STEM its difficult to participate in robotics besides the competitions. We just have the basics.
Cedarville's basketball is pretty great. Although the girls may not be supported as much as the boys, both teams are great. The whole town supports the basketball teams even without relatives on the team. Football isn't too bad either, although recently its been 8-man. Our main sport is basketball, and basically everyone supports it.
