The people in Cedartown are incredibly friendly, and the school spirit here is amazing. The athletic programs are awesome, as well at the academic programs being top notch. The factuality here at Cedartown will do everything in their power to help you graduate and succeed. This past year, we actually had 8 students graduate with their associates degree before even graduating high school! Cedartown also has multiple career programs such as Exploring the Education profession and CNA programs which allow an internship, welding and automotive repair, and dental science studies
While it has had a few bad apples when it comes to both teachers and students, Cedartown is definitely the best high school in Polk County because of it’s overwhelming school spirit, High ranking academics, and variety of career pathways.

Cedartown High has a variety of teachers depending on a students needs. This was extremely helpful to me when I attended because I always knew I would have someone there for me. It was great to have teachers that got to know you personally and actually cared for you. The school was very clean and well kept up by both faculty and students. The campus was renovated and now has a college and career academy, which is very nice. I was offered/ able to complete 21 college credit hours for free through this new program. It is a great place to get your HS diploma especially if you want to add college credit as well!
Cedartown High School offers a well-rounded education experience, especially through its Dual Enrollment program, however, some teachers tend to satirize and criticize political parties rather than teach curriculum.
