This school has very hardworking teachers; however it has sufferered from very poor administration. Administration is not knowledgeable of current pedagogy and best practices to work with this community. It is paid a disproportionately large salary to lead but fails miserably due to lack of knowledge and poor communication skills. The 2018-2019 administration is yet another example. Admin does not understand equity on the ground...especially for this demographic and threatens jobs
and verbally attacks the character of anyone who offers constructive criticism. Teachers who are not in "power" are not heard and those who are are enabled. Some have been insulted and their jobs threatened based on nothing more than gossip. An investigation is not completed and things are left unresolved with no follow up. This behavior on the part of admin harms children since teacher morale and trust is lowered. Professional development is ridiculous and there is no focus on application. ☹

The health and safety in this school is great! There is a resident office nearby that can help if needed. Also they have many things that would help the school.
