Traditional academic structure needs updating to include need programs. Inappropriate amount of homework for kindergarten and 1st grades. Little to no supervision for recesses, school drop off and pick up, kids get hurt...

Weaknesses, Small country school, limited resources, under staffed, bullying rampant in the middle school, and the administration is adversarial, more worried about test scores than social development
