Being a parent, I was very glad that we were able to send our child to Catholic Central especially from a financial aspect from when we went through a time of unemployment. The academics were very excellent and there are many options available from core classes to AP and duel enrollment. Their clubs, athletics and other extracurricular actives offer something for everyone to be involved or not involved if they do not want to. One of the most important aspects of the school is that all the programs include religion and faith-based teachings in understanding the topics and the activities. Their facilities have all been recently updated and their staff are incredible. CC is a blessing and is blessed for being in the Heart of the City!

GR Catholic Central is providing my children a unmatched religion based acedemic atmosphere . My kids are thriving academically.

The student population is very diverse, consisting of all socio-economic and racial backgrounds.

The community feel is also a big part of the experience attending GRCC. I do wish they dealt more with community within each grade like they do for the seniors. The overall sense of belonging is very evident at GRCC.

The academic offerings are incredible and the attention the students receive from the faculty is great as well.

Sports are great, but a little more emphasis on supporting the smaller sports would make it even better.

My kids are fourth generation and really enjoy being apart of GRCC.
Overall, CC was a good experience for me. I came from a GRPS middle school, but felt welcomed.

The teachers truly care about their students in and out of school. Unlike teachers, administration rarely show their faces to the kids and have not made the best decisions for students.

The school lacks in diversity, but it's numbers are growing. A lot of the people of color at the school are on scholarships so if the school acquires more funding specifically for financial aid, diversity will increase.

Sports plays a huge role in student life, but football is the only one that gets money.

Faith should have everything to do with love and compassion and those characteristics are not emphasized until senior year.

I was blessed to have found students and families that helped me when I was struggling at home. CC is exceptional at community. Guidance counselors and teachers still care about students even after graduation. A lot of the CC families are willing to help those in need.
