Carmenita Middle School Reviews
Rating 3.7 out of 5 10 reviews
Carmenita has murals on the campus painted by students themselves. The teachers spend time after school to help the students and the counselors there are very active and help the students out significantly. My own experience their really benefited me and I wish I could spend another year there. Carmenita has clubs, after school activities, a fitness center, sports, and many more things that will make you really enjoy your time there. I highly recommend this school if you are choosing which Middle School you would like to attend. Students, Teachers, and Parents are really involved to make this school the best. One thing I would to change at this school are the lockers because some of them are jammed, and I would know this because mine was, but luckily they fixed it.
Carmenita is an ok school. The art program is excellent and so is the history curriculum. However, other than that the school is very poor. I am disappointed in what I am learning and wish to gain challenges. It is a pretty good school, but it is not the best environment and does not really prepare you for anything. I actually moved to Carmenita and I regret it very much. I do although still enjoy the environment and the history curriculum, which has taught me double the amount of knowledge I learn from other classes and prepared me somewhat for high school. This is all due to a teacher named Mr. Hua, who I deeply appreciate for making my experience in Carmenita better.
I truly believe that my years at Carmenita Middle School were the best years of my life as a student and kid. I would recommend everyone to this school as long as they're eager to learn, participate, and get involved.
