Such a wonderful fit for our family! We love the caring teachers and family-friendly environment. We pulled our children out of the local CMS schools and have never looked back. One of our children has special learning needs, so we were initially concerned with whether or not CCS would be able to accommodate and help our child. The Pathways learning program has been instrumental in helping our child - so thankful for the extra teaching and help we have been able to get. Carmel Christian is wonderful and I give my highest recommendation!

I must comment , as we too have been a family here for many years. They do not handle on-going poor behavioral issues when it involves that same child , same bullying behaviors. They want to pray over that child, pray for them to seek God and change . We , as other families at CCS have gone to the Lower School principle who never -ever did ANYTHING to help change this child’s behavior . Why aren’t they any School Psychologist’s to help counsel behaviors such as these !?? They have one Guidance Counselor who is only over the high school. No middle school or lower school Psychologists. Our family need must see change in the school’s environment in this next school year with the policy (handbook) change , on bullying and just mean child behaviors in this school. And actually act on the rules they have and not ignore families complaints . Our family will look at other options for the 2019-2020 school year for our children.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Carmel thus far. Our children are gaining a faith based education which was crucial to us. There are a few teachers we feel need to be evaluated further and hope with the hiring of a new headmaster it will be done. We would also like to see a little more security on campus. With the new building going up, security needs to increase. We'd love to see a police officer on campus. Overall we would recommend Carmel and have been pleased!
