O'Hara was so fun! The teachers cared about preparing us for college. I loved Mrs. Sarkees' wild stories in between teaching us about the Old Testament. I love Mr. Brown's eclectic and unique way of teaching English and to understand and love Shakespeare. I really came into my own in sophomore year and I was determined to have as much fun and learn as much as I could. I took advantage of every privilege and opportunity seniors were given such as Cairo's, the big buddy program, and the senior fashion show. I loved all my teachers and graduation was so much fun but was also bittersweet because I knew that life was going to change after high school. I was right; Adulting is fun and freeing until you have to pay back your student loans. I wouldn't change my experience at cardinal O'Hara high school for anything.

This is the best high school ever! The years, I spent at O’ Hara were the most productive time in my life. I really can’t believe the time has gone so quickly. I will always come back to this school and tell everyone what a positive experience the school provides their students.
I loved Ohara for many reasons. The new opportunities, the students, and most importantly the teachers that stuck around through all my years. Many teachers and administration would come and go making it difficult to get used to the traditions when they were always changing. Ohara is like one big family. Like all families, it had its ups and downs, but it was definitely my place to grow up at. I not only learned many things academically but emotionally too, and i really appreciated many of my teachers and friends that i met there. They all helped shaped me into me. Ohara is my home.
