I am currently a student at Carbondale Community High School, and I absolutely love it! The academics are outstanding and there is active participation in STEAM programs. There is an abundance of clubs and afterschool activities in which everybody is encouraged to participate. Students are motivated and take both their studies and extracurricular activites very seriously. Most teachers are incredibly supportive, and take the time to get to know each of their students. It is truly a privilege to consider myself part of the student body of Carbondale Community High School.

Carbondale Community High School is overall a great school. One of my favorite aspects is that it's very diverse. Being not only a Pacific Islander, but also a Native American female, my school is incredibly welcoming to different races and backgrounds. I always feel at home with my fellow classmates and I have never feared about being treated differently because I'm a minority.
The academics at Carbondale Community High School have also challenged me enough to prepare myself for the future. My classes have the perfect amount of difficulty while also being able to overcome, understand, and excel at the curriculum.
Although, like almost all high schools, Carbondale had their fair amount of fights. When fights break out, it easily takes away from your learning experience.
Overall, I had a great experience at Carbondale Community High School. It fit my personality very well and catered to my needs.
