This school is a beacon of hope for the public education system. Most of my teachers go over the top to ensure each student has the best learning environment possible, and the principal continually reaches out to the student body to run the school based on the students’ needs. Needless to say I am proud to be a cougar!
However, I have mainly taken AP courses at this school and I have heard less than happy comments about many of the non AP course teachers from my peers.

Capo is a great school! Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The AP and IB programs are wonderful, and the teachers genuinely care about their students and classes. The facilities are fairly nice, although it is probably getting time for them to be updated.
As a graduate of Capo, I find that I was given several opportunities academically that many other high school students do not receive. There were many different kinds of classes of different levels, and lots of different kinds of extracurriculars and interesting classes. That said, the school has a problem of not disciplining rude, disrespectful, and plainly bad teachers who receive several complaints. Although academically superior, the school routinely prioritizes the needs of it's teachers over its students. Of course there are some wonderful, caring teachers at Capo, but there are no repercussions for teachers who don't teach or treat their students fairly. If the school improved this major issue, I would rate it a 5-star school - the problem is just too big to only take off one star.
