I like that canyon middle school is changing for the better and adding new lockers, textbooks, and computers but I would like to see the staff paying more attention to the students more. an example is that every student has to meet with the counselor at least 2 times every year. Students there seem to be getting more and more irresponsible and reckless.

Overall, it I had a decent middle school experience. I actually transferred into the school in the middle of 6th grade. It was kind of tough but I appreciated that the school gave me a sort of guide/friend to introduce me to other people and guide me around the school. Academics wise, some teachers were better than others but that is quite normal.
Since I've graduated from the school, I've heard that not much has changed since then. Many of the teachers that I had so I am not sure how what the new teachers are like.
