Decent school, could be better, could be so much worse. Administration is highly inconsistent but the school counselors are helpful.
Review Camp Hill Senior High School
The school hosts some excellent teachers who know what they're doing, are always learning new things in their field, and work with their students to ensure success. There are lots of extra-curricular activities. However, the faculty often take the approach of "my way or no way". For example, I wanted to drop out of the honors math track so I could focus on my AP courses in the fields I would be studying in college and the guidance counselor refused to allow me to do this until my father came in and spoke to her. Even after that, I had teachers and the counselor stopping me in the halls to tell me I made a mistake and that I wouldn't be able to attend a good college without the higher math courses. That isn't true at all, since the math course I dropped out of is actually offered at my college and they do not expect students to have already taken it.
Camp Hill High School is a very small public high school where half the town grew up here. There are only a few Indian or black families. Very safe neighborhoods and the school offer 27 honors & AP courses. The building is very dated. Sports consume the town which gives us something to do. Our English department is extremely liberal and biased. Math department is extremely strong.
