It has been ok. it has many AP classes to take to prepare for college, so you wouldn't have to take them in college, in turn saving money.
In this school people aren't treated equally some are treated way better than others. What I did like about the school is they made sure we were safe by putting cameras in every classroom and installing a camera outside where you have to wait to be let in. The teachers here treat you as if you were their own children.
I liked that the teachers that worked in the district were very kind if you behaved accordingly. One thing that needs to be improved is the punishment system for students that do not follow the rules, because most of the time the acts that are given to them do not help them improve their actions.
Some of the teachers there really care about their students and prepping them for success, however the administration has got to be reformed. They are sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, and generally not very nice people to be around while acting like they are. One of the better schools for the area, but it really has some major downfalls and my high school years were some of the hardest of my entire life.
Camden Fairview is a small high school. There are about 900 students in grades 9-12. It offers many extracurricular activities. The cafeteria offers traditional breakfast and grab and go breakfast. All students receive free lunch.
I would like to see the teachers focus more on helping students individually when it shows that they need help. I would also like to see more fairness. I like that the teachers are willing to go over examples to help the class and that most of them are kind.
It was a fun experience that could have been better if the teachers challenged us more. The students are friendly and the teachers will help you with anything you need. The counselors are the friendliest people you will meet.
I would like to see the school food get better. Camden Fairview High School has lot’s of school activities, and many sports you can participate in.
The teachers don’t want to be there, grades are basically handed to you and it’s too easy. Kids are being suspended almost every week and we barely have any freedoms. If you’re an athlete you can get away with almost anything and this school does not care about the female athletic programs at all. This is a school that likes to work against the new things that technology brings and students are constantly acting out.
Camden Fairview is very diverse, but also a mostly minority school district. Every school has there ups and down but being able to correct the mistakes is what matters. Not only does Camden Fairview feel strongly about writing there wrongs, they're also good at creating safe environments for others.
I liked the teachers and their drive to make students want to succeed and excel academically and in life. The students for the most part was welcoming and got along with others. I wish the food and the atmosphere of the school would change for the better, I wish the administrators were more focused on the students and what they liked instead of focusing on things that didn't matter as much.
I’m a high school senior at Camden Fairview, and while it’s certainly not the worst school, it’s definitely not the best, either. Our food is alright, not amazing or anything, and there’s some cool traditions we have, like senior crowns, but overall, it’s a pretty average school. Nothing fancy, but it’s not an absolute dump, either.
I love going to school at CFHS. It's a great school and I hope it stays the way it is. Some things that could use some change are the staff.
What I liked about Camden Fairview was a few of the classes and spending time with friends. I would change the cell phone policy to at least get on the phones during lunch.
Camden Fairview High School was a great school. The teachers are very productive, supportive, and ready to lend a helping hand when needed. The staff overall is awesome! They were successful in helping my classmates and I prepare for college. It's a safe and efficient learning environment. Overall, Camden Fairview High was an excellent school.
I love being a student at Camden Fairview High School. The school makes me feel like a belong and it is my home. I believe that Camden Fairview is a school that has a facility and administration that will reach out and help the students. The one important that I feel that the school can improve on is the academics. The school should have more classes, and should improve on the teachers that are hired.
Coming into high school, I was probably the most shy student in our class. I didn’t like to play sports, so when I heard that NJROTC would make up for that course I didn’t hesitate to put that on my schedule. The instructor there told me he would break me out of my shyness, and he did throughout all four years in the program. That class was probably the thing I liked most about high school. Something I would change about the school is how the teachers treat students. Of course every teacher will have their picks of kids that’s they just like more. I was that student for my NJROTC instructor. But most of the teachers in that school made it obvious who their picks were. But overall my highs school experience was pretty good.
