Calvary Christian Academy is the perfect school choice for my family because the teachers there recognize the importance of helping students reach their full potential in all areas. Because Calvary is a smaller school, students can get the attention they need. Teachers at Calvary are always around to tutor, encourage and challenge students in the best way possible! Students at Calvary have the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions when it comes to different subjects, clubs, and sports. Calvary offers a wide variety of classes, ranging from College Prep English to Advanced Placement Biology. Also available are activities such as Robotics, Jazz Band, choir and drama. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, track and field, cross-country, and tennis. If you are looking for a school that values the importance of preparing their students for college and beyond, Calvary may be the right school for you!
Christian Academy in Philadelphia is an exceptional school with a well-maintained campus and top-notch facilities. The dedicated and highly qualified faculty provides personalized attention to each student, and the school offers a range of extracurricular activities to develop students' talents and interests. Additionally, the school emphasizes character development and spiritual growth, offering daily Bible classes, weekly chapel services, and service projects. Overall, Christian Academy in Philadelphia is an outstanding choice for families seeking a Christian education in the Philadelphia area.
From going to a Charter School to a Christian School, my focus on life has changed. CCA is so much more than just a school that teaches the Bible. The teachers are dedicated to the students. I walk in the hallways everyday and not once does a teacher not say good morning. I feel loved at this school and accepted! At the previous schools that I attended, the teachers would just do their job and that’s it. At CCA the teachers take the time to get to know you, pray for you, and help you get through tough situations. The academic programs are excellent. They have College Prep, Honors, and AP classes. They have many extracurricular activities like sports, drama, and robotics. Since private schools receive no financial help from the government they have to rely on the funds given for a child to attend here, therefore the technology and resources are limited, but that doesn’t stop the teachers and administrators from making the school a happy and healthy learning environment!
