Caldwell Academy Reviews

We moved from another state last year before my daughter started 9th grade. She received an incredibly warm welcome at Caldwell Academy! She made friends immediately and was able to get connected with sports and clubs. They offer an optional weekly Bible study, peer tutoring, local vendors for hot lunches, and excellent weekly communication (so you’re always “in the loop” about what is going on with school activities). Overall, this is a safe, positive environment with caring teachers and staff, and excellent academics. We are grateful for Caldwell Academy!
Thankful and encouraged! Our children have received a high quality education with small class room sizes, caring teachers and an administration that listens well and desires a school community that cares well for each other and appreciates each unique individual and his/her academic needs. Sports, music, drama and art all high quality with excellent coaches and teachers. Students encouraged to participate in various activities and to be active participants in leadership roles and as members of various teams. Numerous club activities which allow variety interests and a place for each student!
Between my three children, we have experienced every grade at Caldwell Academy. My oldest two are now alumni excelling in college courses where their professors have verbalized amazement at their knowledge, study skills, class participation, and ability to discuss difficult topics while respecting the people around them. These are skills that they learned at Caldwell Academy and that we cultivated in our home. However, I think the greatest gift that Caldwell gave our family is the gift of being known. My children were never lost in a system at Caldwell. Their teachers cared not only about their academic progress, but about their passions, their relationships, their grief, and their joy. They truly came alongside me as a parent and encouraged my children to grow in all areas of life. Even years after graduation, my older children are in touch with teachers and administrators who are cheering them on in all aspects of life. If you crave community, this is the place for you.
