Burton Glen Charter Academy Reviews

They have helped me child a ton. They gave him a 504 with no issues and made accommodations to fit his needs. The staff has always friendly and professional. I know some other parents who have had issues but I have to wonder if those parents are being realistic of their child's needs and what they are talking about. I have treated the staff with respect and been vocal about my children and their needs. Everyone has been very helpful and working with me to get the child everything he needs.
The only things I would like to see is a music program and more parent involvement.

I went to Burton Glen when I was in middle school and had a lot of trouble because I was sick and the faculty didn't give me many options to work with to continue my education there.
This school is a joke. They present themselves as family oriented and caring about about the children but they do not. DO NOT send your special needs children here! You will receive no help and the staff will make it difficult for you and your child. The office staff is rude. Very few teachers are kind and trustworthy. There are much better options than NHA schools, particularly Burton Glen. As long as I can make people aware of this travesty of a school, I will. My autistic child cannot even drive past the school without bringing up the trauma this placed caused him. I definitely wouldn't want him going there during a pandemic either!
