Love the diversity and the dedication the teachers put into their students. Everyone there seems to look out for each other. It's an environment I would recommend to those who are looking for smaller classrooms and diversity.
I loved a lot about Collegiate this year. The way a lot of things that were handled were good when protecting the students. It has given me a lot of experience on how my college life will be due to the school giving us actual college courses. With my growing experience and knowledge I hope that I can better myself for the years to come and learn much more along the way thanks to this great opportunity. I'm glad that I am able to go to this school whilst earning my associates degree while many other students are not able to. I hope that I will make my parents proud with my growth and how I am seizing this opportunity and moment. It may difficult and I may get discouraged but I'm glad that it is. Without all the challenges at Collegiate I might not be the person I am now. I'm thankful for this school and the future that I may have at the many institutions/schools that will be offered to me. I am thankful for all my teachers, family, and friends for pushing me past my limit.
Its a highly sophisticated school that I am completely interested and proud to anounce for other people.
i like being able to receive college credit. Also most of the teachers are very helpful and seem like they want to be there.
I liked my overall experience at Burleson Collegiate High School, but they need to start listening to their students better.
I was the inaugural class for Burleson Collegiate High School and my experience was a wild one. We were the guinea Pig for all activities in the school, good or bad. We didn't have any real clubs, sports, or activities as we focused on the academic side of things. I would have love to see more student pride and involvement within the school and from the students but other than that it was just high school.
They offered me an amazing amount of support during the whole college application experience. I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to attend college.
I'm a senior at Burleson Collegiate High School. I will be the second class ever to graduate from this school. This school provides a great opportunity to earn an associates degree as well as your high school diploma for free. They offer an immense amount of help and aid with students and always have their students best interests at heart. Although I would appreciate if the staff didn't target select girls with the dress code and didn't humiliate those students in front of their classmates. The only other thing I would think help the environment of the school is having more students. Overall I wouldn't want to go to any other high school.
Wonderful opportunity for the youth to get dual credit classes for free! I am beyond grateful for the opportunities this school has opened for me.
Burleson Collegiate High School is a great place to be. We partner with Hill College and the staff here is amazing. They will truly try their best to help you succeed.
My experience here has been absolutely amazing and I do not regret making my decision coming here in eighth grade. Thanks to everyone for getting me this far.
I think Burleson Collegiate is overall a great school, they are always on top of making sure we are drowning in schoolwork or at least helping us not drown and stay organized. Overall all the staff at Burleson Collegiate are great and always willing to help.
Overall I love Burleson Collegiate High School, the whole concept of starting college courses as a freshman in high school is amazing. It really allows students to learn the fundamentals and importance of education. At this school, you take Hill College classes and within the four years of high school, you maintain 61 college hours allowing you to gain your associate's degree. The best part about this school is all of the credits you gain are completely free, overall you save around $20,000. This program is very beneficial, especially for families who are struggling financially. I am a senior now and within those years I have remained on the A and B honor roll and overall this school has taught me responsibility. I would recommend Burleson Collegiate High School to any student wanting to get ahead in their education for free!
Attending this high school has made me beyond blessed with the non-stop help within my school. All the teachers are so well educated they can help you in not only their class but other classes. Even the professors offer help in and out of school through email. There is familiarity due to the small size of the school. I am lucky to be part of the first four graduating classes, soon to be a senior. Our program has allowed me to gain volunteer hours, college readiness, and many hours of college classes. The only thing I can think of that should change is most likely the size of our school, which I hope increases over time.
Though this school requires a lot of work to succeed, being able to be in the environment you are in and learn so much is great.
There are many great things about this school. First, all of the teachers will help you as long as you want to succeed and they all very kind. Second, they have a good amount of clubs which a bunch of fun.
I like that you get your High School Diploma as well as your Associate's Degree at the same time. I would say that my favorite part of Burleson Collegiate High School is the environment. The teachers as well as the professors care about your education and how you are doing personally. It is a small school so you will know everyone and be more social. There isn't much that I would like to see change because I knew what I was getting myself into when I applied for the school.
