Buena Park Highschool has truly been a wonderful school to attend to. Although it may not be the best school that provides the most useful resources or have many clubs to offer, it certainly has a lot of diversity and kind students and faculty members that manage to make the entire campus feel safe and trustworthy. It's surprising that most of the AP and honor classes the school offers are actually very helpful and our passing rates are very good due to our teachers' abilities to efficiently teach us all.(This is one of the reasons why I believe our school is good at educating the students because they have carved a clear path for us in regards to heading to college.) Besides that but, our school shows a great deal of school spirit and provides an excellent source of emotional and financial support for any struggling students. BPHS not only gives the students a safe environment to learn in but makes each and every one of us feel special and welcomed.
I am currently a senior at BPHS and what I can definitely say to distinguish this school from other school are the people. I have had teachers say they preferred teaching at BPHS than other schools because students never seem to learn respect or value their education. I find this to be true because the people I have met here for the most part are intellectually smart and people who value the importance of education. Overall, good school especially when you're surrounded in such a welcoming environment like BP.
