School was very easy. There were teachers who really cared about the students and making sure they succeeded and while students seemed to care about the teachers, their superiors did not seem to. I understand budget cuts and so forth, but a bad teacher should NOT get tenure and continue teaching students when there is a much better teacher available! My high school also did NOT prepare me for college! I was a A/B student in high school but I felt below average in college because high school was not advanced enough to prepare me for fast-paced college academia. Again with budget cuts, college prep course(s) I wanted/needed to take to better prepare me for college was cut the year I could take it. While it was an "okay" high school experience, I would not recommend it.

Buckeye Trail is an average sized school in Guernsey County, Ohio. The school is great if your family is from the area, otherwise the small town politics may ruin your experience. The agricultural program is pretty decent, as most of the students here live on farms. If you plan on leaving Guernsey County once you graduate, you more than likely won't be prepared for the real world.
Very good school, however as with every school there is advantages and disadvantages. Teachers are plight and helpful when needed however, there are a few that can be unhelpful at times. It is a good school to send students to 9 out of 10 would recommend.
