Brush High School was an experience for me throughout my 4 years there. I made many friends and participated in many activities. The ecosystem at brush is kind of familial as the faculty and staff can be friendly and inviting as with most of the students. Though there may be some negative aspects to this school, they can be outweighed by the bonds and time shared there as well as doing your best to make the most of what is there and to enjoy the time you have both in the academic and social aspects of Brush!
Charles F. Brush is a troubled highschool, with an even more problematic district backing it. The funding that the school does recieve is put towards althletics rather than academics. Teachers are pretty decent, but they lack resources and proper facilities. The school seems more focused on making sure that students graduate no matter what, rather than provide college readiness opputunities for those who will likely graduate.
