Brownsburg High School Reviews

I had a very good experience at brownsburg high school! Almost all of my teachers I really enjoyed having. They taught very well and would make relationships with their students which made school more enjoyable for me at least. The counselors and principles were also super nice and approachable which made them easy to talk to. I am in different clubs too such as key club, NHS, and SALT which are all welcoming and encouraging for people to join. I also made my best friends freshman year and still senior year we are all super close. I play softball too and my coaches made the sport both competitive and fun to play. They also helped in my process of continuing my softball career in college! Now that my high school career is almost coming to an end, thinking back I had a great time at brownsburg high school.
My experience at Brownsburg High School wasn’t all great but I wouldn’t change it. For starters, my school work was overbearing and sometimes hard to keep up with but, they had after school help and many programs and opportunities to keep you learning and improving. During my freshman year I was very active in clubs and still am to this current day, I participated in cheer, a volunteering club, and many more after school activities to keep me active in my community. Brownsburg had many clubs to offer just like colleges and you can always find one or many that fit you. My sophomore year I was able to maintain a job outside of school while still doing my school work, it did get overwhelming and in result I dropped some clubs but by junior year things calmed down a bit more. I maintained a 4.0 gpa, stayed after school for extra help if needed, and kept in touch with my teachers. The teachers were always advertising their assistance to students if needed and now. It was a great school.
My experience at Brownsburg high school was in between the years of 2016-2020 where I got to see the good and the bad. During my four years of high school I dealt with construction and COVID-19. With that being said though, Brownsburg was probably the best place I could have asked for to have such an amazing high school experience. With the entire school now almost completely renovated, the building allows a great space for students to learn everyday. The teachers are dedicated to giving their students a great education which was highly appreciated. They offer plenty of extracurriculars and AP classes for students who want to participate in sports, choir, clubs, or just challenge themselves in a more advanced learning. Overall, they are unmatched and with the size continuing to grow they still manage to make every student feel seen and appreciated. I really recommend Brownsburg High school to anyone who may be looking for the right public education for their children.
