Broomfield high school is a true community school. The teachers and staff are incredibly supportive and top quality. I choiced in to BHS from a nearby district. Although I only knew 1 or 2 people when I started, I made friends quickly. Everyone is so friendly and there are so many opportunities for sports and extracurricular activities. I struggled in Math and the counselors and teachers supported me with solutions throughout my time at BHS and I'm on track for a 4 year college, but I wish I could stay at BHS forever!

As a transfer student from a very different school, I can honestly say that I'm very happy with the change. The teachers are all wonderful, and they all want to be there. They obviously love what they do and they're very good at it. Everything is well organized and school spirit is high. I honestly can't think of anything I would want to change about my school. Go Eagles!
Broomfield High School offers a lot, however, I feel as if the quality of what they offer is lacking. When it comes to college readiness the only thing I feel like could remotely advantage someone was to take a class offered outside of the school. It lets you see what you may want to do in life. However, they say it's college credit but it wasn't. The academics at the school were alright. I feel like the only class that benefitted me was my senior lit class. I feel like all my classes throughout my four years were informative in their subject, however, I feel as if there need to be classes to help students figure out what they want to do in their life. Allow them to explore who they are. I think this could ease the transition to college and help students save money. Especially those who can't afford college. Most people I talk to don't even use their degree or are going back. I feel like it would help the student explore different opportunities in the world.
