I like Brooks High School because of some of the teachers. A good teacher can make all the difference in the world to a student. They can influence your life in the right direction and keep you out of trouble. The thing that needs to be changed is STOP the bullying and STOP the smoking/vaping. The good kids that don't do this still gets hurt from it. PLEASE STOP THE BAD THINGS IN SCHOOL!

My experience at brooks was phenomenal. The staff is very respectful and they are very encouraging no one wants to see you fail and everyone cares about you. I think the only thing I would want to change about it would be that some things are out dated but nothing person wise. The school is very supportive and everyone supports everyone the students are very caring as well. The only minor problem is that the middle school grades are on a separate bell schedule so it can be confusing on when the classes are switching. But other than that the school is a 10/10 the teachers are some of the best and some of the most caring teachers I have ever met. These are people that I wish the very best to and that I wish have very happy lives.
Brooks High School is the best school in Lauderdale County. We consistently outperform other schools in our county in athletics and in clubs. It has some really great academic programs that aren’t found in other schools in north Alabama. It is also one of the safest AAAA schools since bullying, drug abuse, violence, sexual pressure, and suicides aren’t very common at all. My greatest problems with Brooks are its disorganization, terrible food quality, and lack of resources since it is a county school and not a city school.
