I was lucky enough to know Brooks Debartolo really well as my brother had gone there for 4 years before I attended. I knew I was walking into an excellent school with teachers and administrators who always go above and beyond to help their students achieve their goals!
Being a smaller charter school (only 600 students) is really beneficial as you are not just a number but a person each teacher cares about!
I played softball at the school and had other friends participate in other athletic programs and the great thing about being a smaller school is the opportunity to actively participate and not just be a number on the team.
If you appreciate a smaller school, with faculty who truly care about you and your future, there isn't a better institution with a higher rating that Brooks Debartolo!

Brooks DeBartolo is a very diverse learning environment with highly qualified teachers and staff members! You will learn from experts in their fields and teachers with the highest levels of education. The school is extremely safe, and the students are very well taken care of. The only thing keeping the school from a five star rating, in my opinion, is some teachers will push their political agendas onto their students, making some students feel unable to contribute to conversations in fear of backlash from those teachers.
I am very thankful I came across BDCHS. This school has helped me in various ways. The staff is the best I have encountered, and I've been to many schools. The students all look out for each other. We are all a family there. We are the ones who are soaring for success! Principle Bennett is a wonderful person. She handles everything and everyone at that school with care. The guidance counselors help out as much as they can to make sure we graduate and be successful. I recommend this school 100%. I am so happy to be a part of the phoenix family and I hope many kids get the same chance as well!
