The faculty and staff at the school were very goal driven and dedicated to ensurimg every child's success. However, the teaching styles and inability to adapt to students own learning styles often times hindered academic growth and created a noticeable struggle between teacher and student. The environment of the school was fairly clean and well kept, but this was not a result of students' efforts, as they we're not respectable with maintaining the efforts of those above them to keep the school clean.

My experience at Brooklyn Theatre Arts High School was a humbling one. There is so much that could be done to improve the school , it just takes the right people. That's one of the things that this school taught me, that I can't just want a change. I have to work for it and have my voice be heard.
I didn't have the worst experience in high school but just like everyone else there are somethings i wouldn't mind going back and changing my high school wouldn't be one of them. I have learned a lot of life lessons there, had very close relationships with my teachers and peers, no we didn't always get along as teenagers its expected and i have gotten into a few disagreements but nothing physical and the guidance counselors were always there to help us a settle an disagreement. When my grades dropped my teachers pulled me to the side asked if everything was okay and from there worked on getting it back to where it should be. I really love my school and i'm going to miss it when I graduate.
