Small school, small environment. You know all the teachers and students faces. I would recommend it to any upcoming freshmen that is uncomfortable with big environments because it is almost impossible to get lost in BILA.(Brooklyn Institute for Liberal Arts). My favorite thing about the school is that within 9th and 10th grade we take all our high school regents. By the time we're juniors and seniors all we have left to do is finish our required high school classes. Juniors and seniors are given the opportunity to college classes for college credit. My school is partnered with LIU and Brooklyn College. One thing I dislike about my school is that the amount of hard work is put on us to complete difficult regents or classes in short amount of time.

I truly believe that I have chosen the best high school that I could ever choose. I have been provided with many opportunities including early enrollment in college classes, job experiences, community service and other various things. I could not have picked a better high school.
Brooklyn Institute for Liberal Arts is a great school with amazing teachers and small classes so everyone is able to get help from the teachers and be comfortable in a learning environment. We are given an advisor from the day we enter the school to the day we leave, these advisor are there for you academically and emotionally basically whenever you need them. I've learn many things from that school and I am thankful for the experiences I've had there.
