My experience at Brooklyn Center Secondary School was awesome on the first day because everyone greeted to me and helped me find my classes. My teachers are also hilarious jokes that involves with the topic we are learning about. They also have a Get Ready room for students who has question about college, scholarship, help with school work, and many more. I love how this awesome school is really diverse which makes me want to learn more about other cultures and learn their beautiful language. Some teachers would also have snacks for students if they are hungry. My advisory teacher would do hot chocolate every Monday and she would talk about our grades and tell us how to improve it. Overall, I love this school and I'm glad that I am graduating from Brooklyn Center Secondary School with all of my amazing friends.

The school Brooklyn Center Secondary, located in the city of Brooklyn Center of the state Minnesota. The environment outside of Brooklyn Center Secondary is very diverse . This type of environment has allowed the school to open up diversity from its students and transfer equity with the school. Inside this school, there's evidence of culture and opportunity within the walls and within it's teachers. My time at Brooklyn Center has been exciting to work with my classmates and be involved in a school that accepts all. The students in each class is small and this has made the students to really know one other and connect personally and academically. As students, we have struggles that we deal with and situations that makes us who we are. At Brooklyn Center Secondary, students are respected on gender, race, lifestyle, ability to learn, and much more. Overall, I think that other schools can take away from this school, is that the students are involved.
The main thing that I would like people to know and one of the best experiences that I had with going to school there is the diversity. It was one of the most amazing things that I got to have during high school. Not many people get to be around and put themselves in situations that they wouldn't have been in at home. It helps you better understand other cultures and yourself. Another good thing from when I went to Brooklyn Center is that there was very little bullying. It is a very small school so everyone knows everyone and gets a long pretty well. The only thing that I wish could have been better was the college readiness, and academics. You got out what you put in, but it still is lower than most schools.
