Broken bow high school has been okay. Its no prefect school. But there never is. I feel like more schools and my high school should prep students better for the real life. For example, how do I do my taxes? How to I check the oil in my car? Its simple life tasks that some students wouldn't know how to do if they are not fortunate enough two parents teach them those skills. I wouldn't know how to do a lot of things if my parents didn't teach me. But there are kids who don't have that privilege and wont know how to do those things.

My experience in Broken Bow was below average. I was not prepared for my future in college and wish I would have been given more academic opportunities. Everyone in Broken Bow is suck in a bubble and aren't willing to grow and branch out. The school system has a one track mind and are focused on sports and doing just enough to get by. The rest of the world is using technology in education and teachers here are scared to use it, or maybe just to lazy. I wish I would have gone somewhere different.
There are a few teachers in this school system that go beyond the bare minimum that they're required. I felt that most of the teachers are doing just enough to get by. They use lesson plans that they've used for years and although we had laptops and a great amount of technology at our disposal, the teachers didn't know how to use it. I very rarely felt that the teachers cared about me personally.
