The teachers at BEHS are basically all amazing. I only had one bad experience with a teacher and he doesn't even work there anymore. They care about their students and find a way to make challenging AP classes enjoyable. There are many different things to get involved in for people of all different interests. The school is diverse in many different ways. The students are good for the most part. It's not a very highly rated school, unfortunately, so a lot of the times it affects students' chances of getting into a top college but the education you get there is still very good.

There are many clubs and activities to join, from sign language club to sports to an a capella group! Friendly and open environments allow students to feel comfortable while still pushing them out of their comfort zone.
While the teachers are usually very helpful and fully knowledgeable in their required field, the school does not have enough money or community support to truly and entirely support its' students.
As a senior preparing to graduate I have experienced a lot throughout my four years here. Overall it comes down to what you make of it, however there were definitely a few things that could be improved regarding rules and how some situations are handled for both students and staff. The attitude in the school environment definitely was beginning to decrease but there are still some overwhelmingly great staff members, activities and opportunities for students.
