This small community feels as comforting as it is limiting. Behavior in this school is not an issue as uniforms and self-improvement are always observed from the administration and faculty. The school is not as diverse as the large majority of the school consists of students from Hispanic or Latino heritage. The teachers are approachable so long as your a respectful student. Depending on who you know, your experience as a student will change. Good friends will motivate you at this school. Student resources are to be desired, connectors pull most of the weight in connecting students with opportunities to make up for the few clubs and sports offered by the school. It will eventually be torn down but, ultimately I've made my home here and I'm fine with that.

I like that Bright Star Secondary Charter Academy is a small school which creates a small community. Every faculty member and student knows you personally which I find important. I believe they should definitely build better facilities. The school does not have a field, lockers, nor a library! Also, I think they should be stricter on graduation requirements. It seems like they let almost anyone graduate which makes it very unfair for those who actually worked hard.
Bright Star Secondary Charter Academy is a school that help students improve themselves academics. Bright Star also encourages students to set high goals and go the college go the benefit of themselves and not others. Also, the Bright Star School as a whole treat every student with care and respect , also at Bright Star we are treated like family. The staff members will go out of their way to make sure that the students are in a safe environment. At Bright Star I will like to change the way the school is as a culture. Sometimes Bright Star is not known to have the high school culture. Also I will like that the amount of field trips the school go on as a whole. Lastly, at Bright Star the students sometimes are not being heard when there are some concerns that the students have about the school and how they feel.
