Our family loves BBS! We’ve been attending the school since our daughter was in kindergarten and she is now in 4th grade. All of the teachers and aides are amazing and incredibly supportive of each child’s individual needs.
The 4th grade teachers are awesome and do a fantastic job of recognizing when students need a little extra time, attention, and even offer their own time after school for tutoring if students need a little extra care in getting up to speed with assignments.
The office staff and principal are another truly great asset in the school’s operation. They work wonderfully together and go out of their way to remember every child’s name and class. They are so kind when interacting with both kids and parents.
BBS also offers our kids amazing extracurricular activities in music, Spanish, art, and wellness that really does provide a truly well-rounded elementary education.

This is my daughter’s second year at Bright Beginnings and she is so incredibly happy. This school is just special. They keep it small on purpose and it really has a more one-on-one, feel unlike other public or charter schools our kids have been at in the past. The level of education is top notch, but as the kids are learning, they are having fun. Lots of fun. There is always an exciting activity, field trip, special event, performance, celebration or holiday jog the kids get to look forward to. I’m blown away by this little school and the artistic creativity they put into the annual art show, musical performances and academic leadership. Everyone in the school from the principal, teachers, athletics coach, art teacher, music director, Spanish teacher to all the wonderful staff really care about each child and it shows! My daughter is so happy to go to school each day and I know she is having a blast, while learning, in a nurturing loving environment.
My kids have been attending BBS since 2016 starting with their Pre-K program. Currently one is in fifth grade and the other third grade. We love the fact that it is a smaller school so the classroom sizes are smaller and they have classroom aides which is very helpful. They go to weekly specials, Spanish, Music, PE and Art which my daughter and son thoroughly enjoy. Throughout the school year they put on fun events including an art night to showcase the students artwork which is amazing! My kids have very different learning styles/abilities from each other so the fact that they are able to accommodate each one to be successful and thrive is amazing. My kids love going to school each day and connecting with the teachers, staff and principal there. They are all so friendly, understanding and kind. Overall it has been a very good experience and this is what brings us back each year.
