Bridgeport Catholic Academy - South Campus Reviews

3 reviews
I have been truly blessed to have attended Bridgeport Catholic Academy because it is a school like no other. All the teachers and faculty are committed from day one to help you learn, thrive, and succeed. At times it can become rigorous, but that only helps you become the best you can become. The best thing I enjoyed about BCA was the atmosphere: it felt like a second home. Not only are all your peers your friends, but the safe environment that the school created really made me feel happy to know that this was a good place. As an alumni and current student of Saint Ignatius, I can honestly say that BCA really helped me succeed and achieve my full potential because I wouldn't be where I am without it. Two thumbs up!

Bridgeport Catholic Academy is a great grammar school for children. Not only does it teach children about the main subjects, such as math, science, and english, but it also teaches children about spirituality and what it means to follow a religion. The teachers here truly do care about their students and are often very generous with their time, whether it be helping students understand confusing topics after class, or helping plan school events in the student council each year. The challenges these teachers presented to me in class each day prepared me for high school in every way and I wouldn't trade that experience for the world.
When I used to go there when ONE person misbehaved. They all had to write a 5 paragraph essay for 10 minutes. Some of the kids swear a lot. Lots of the kids have dyslexia and none of the teachers help them out. I go to St Therese Chinese Catholic School
