I am a graduating senior in the class of 2023, and I have gone to Briarcrest for 14 years. The biggest resource that a student gains by attending Briarcrest Christian High School is the faculty. The teachers and administration at this school have roots that run deep throughout the building, curriculum, and student relationships. All of the teachers truly care about the student, and I will forever cherish the relationships that I have with my high school teachers. Outside of the faculty relationships, I find that Briarcrest has a diverse and wide-selection of extracurricular opportunities for its student body. Yet, not only are there a plethora of choices, all these programs are excellent and impactful. Thank you, Briarcrest!
During my time at Briarcrest, many people poured into me. Some of the most influential people throughout high school include JD Frizzell who has tremendously guided me through OneVoice and helped me develop and grow my vocal abilities. You can really tell how much he cares and loves my classmates and me. Another mentor in my life has been Dr. Lawrence, who taught me chemistry and environmental science. He continuously asked me about my life and was always spiritually there for me whenever I needed it. Although I am sad to leave this school where I feel treasured and valued, I know they will continue nurturing future students. My heart is overflowing with comfort knowing how much the faculty, teachers, coaches, and administration care for each one of their students and their families. Jesus is and will continue to be at the forefront of their education, and it has prepared me for my life beyond this school! I am thankful for everything this school has provided over the past 16 years.
I have attended Briarcrest Christian School for 15 years. I am currently a senior, and I have been involved in the arts, sports programs, and also many different academic areas. All of the teachers at Briarcrest want you to succeed, and they all want the best for every single student. One particular teacher that comes to mind is Mrs. Bradshaw. She is the current Plus/Passport teacher at Briarcrest, and she has always been my role model within the school. She taught me fourth grade and fifth grade, and ever since she has been a support for me all throughout my Briarcrest years. I highly recommend this school for any and every student!
