Brennan High School Reviews
Rating 3.96 out of 5 1,005 reviews
My experience with Brennan high school is not especially significant in any way. I was provided with mixed types of teachers as far as their strategy and empathy towards kids. I am most associated with the band program and found that there can be more done with more timely information that is also easier to understand. I wish for Brennan high school to incorporate the student opinion more and as well as give more recognition for the fine arts programs. I find that only dance or spirit groups and even the athletes get the most attention for their achievements, needs, and recruitment.
It's a decent school, I will say it was better in my first couple of years there. But overall it's a good school. Lots of activities you can do and there are those rare teachers that care about what they're teaching which makes it more fun to learn and easier to be invested in. Academically speaking, we are a good school that offers many programs. As for college readiness, I feel as though they do offer good programs for that but they don't advertise it very well. The same problem with some of the activities, if they would just advertise Brennan could be so much more active and students would be having a much better time. Another problem we sometimes face is communication with parents, parents would be more involved if they knew more about what's going on. The school on a basic level is good, just a few simple tweaks and it could be great.
Attending Brennan High School was an opportunity that I will never regret taking up. The access to a well-taught education, a large campus, and resources that allow for educational growth is what makes Brennan High School a good school. I was able to converse and connect with a number of students and teachers, and even share memories that some may view as monumental or historic. Our athletic and sports shine their way throughout Brennan, with our glowing football and soccer teams.
The only thing I wish Brennan could change would be the student's will to learn. Learning is something I idealize, and I know that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the will to learn has diminished for many students. So I hope, for future students, that Brennan alters its ways in order to incorporate all the new students that come in.
