I attended Branson High all 4 years (freshman-senior). My experience was fairly positive. I am strong in my faith, they provided FCA and were accepting of bible studies on the property. I was very involved in choir and student counsel throughout high school. I appreciated the opportunities that Branson provides for students to exercise what they are interested in. Administration can be intimidating, but at Branson High, when I was there, admin were always more than willing and happy to help students in ways possible.
Unfortunately, I did not care for all my teachers. Some treated me with disrespect though I was eager to learn, this made it difficult to want to be involved and interested in that class. I suggest teacher evaluations - at the end of the year students can anonymously submit a short evaluation of the teachers giving positive and negative feedback for their future classes.
Review Branson High School
Wealthy school, good area, bad kids. Most of the kids at school are good but about 20% when I attended were consistently involved in drugs, crime and other nasty behavior. Many kids steal from other kids in the Branson school district.

One major con, if you were NOT at a 3.5 or above GPA, involved in many activities and were not an honors student, the school completely skips over you as a student when they ready seniors for college and scholarships. I asked my guidance counselor for assistance with applying for scholarships and other things and told me he couldn't help me because I was a student who couldn't achieve unreal expectations in high school while working full time and living on my own.

Other than the many cons there are many pros. Great teachers, many great programs and activities to participate in, modern up to date school, etc...
What I really love about Branson High School is that we have a band program. My passion is band, specifically music, but I am so grateful for the choice to play as many instruments and as much music as I want. Something, in my opinion, that could definitely change is the support for the band program and the band directors. Our Branson Band program barely has any support from the school, students, faculty, and parents. It is really frustrating especially when the band program is needing money for instruments or special events and activities for us band kids, but we can't have any money or other resources because "band doesn't matter enough".
