I absolutely love the art program at this school! It is amazing and the instructors are active professionals in the art world allowing their students to be exposed to the real art world. The problem is that the school only funds the sports team and neglects the arts, both visual and performing. The biggest problem is the administration; I was glad to hear the admin were strict at this school because the middle school I had come from had a weak admin and the students were out of control. However, this school is ridiculously strict, especially about dress code with girls. This school is located in Florida and it gets extremely hot but girls have to be completely covered up. They're a little obsessive about the dress code in my opinion. The teachers overall are really good, and I can't complain much.

Braden River High School provided a healthy atmosphere for my high school career, whether it was the STEM program or the support from the teachers, the school was committed to ensure all the students' well being. Even with their "no stepping on the grass " policy, most students enjoyed the activities and culture located at BRHS; thus, all the students at the high school contained spirit during any sports games. From my personal experience, I never faced any harassment or bullying, only the average teasing most high schoolers faced. Therefore, my overall experience at Braden River High School has been spent mostly being involved with the extracurriculars they provided such as, Technology Student Association, Academic Team, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and UnidosNow. The highschool also gave opportunities for college credit though AP courses and Dual Enrollment classes, which gave students the opportunity to choose their preference.
BRHS is a great school with fun students, caring teachers, and a great learning environment! I've enjoyed my time here, and will continue to do so, but even though I like my school it has a few weaknesses. Adminstration doesn't seem to listen to or care about the opinions of students, and the football program uses the majority of athletic funding/gets priority on resources. Overall, BRHS is an enjoyable school, but needs some changes
