I’m not a student from that high school, but my cousins are and I would go and pick them up and take them to do their school schedule for next years school. I think Brackenridge is one of the best high school I have seen and my cousin was able to do earn her Associates. The only thing that they should change is to be more organize when parents pick up their children’s because sometimes there is no space to park or there’s a lot of traffic. But overall is a great High school!

Brackenridge is just another run of the mill school, its only attraction is its multi-media program magnet. Brack has some mediocre resources at moments, for one instance our adobe programs for our multi media program did not work until a month or so into the school year. I've noticed that usually the elective and non needed class are the ones to host the more well rounded teachers, although unorganized at times. Usually the teachers within the core classes seem yo be plain and even rude at times. The administration seem to have this problem too.We have very few clubs and activities due to low funding, as it seems we take all funds into sports. While at times music and fine arts can become unorganized they are one of the best and most interesting classes i have taken. Now on college readiness where the seem to not push enough when it comes to college scholarships and FAFSA. Now i liked coming to Brack but the organization of this school made these years unsatisfactory.
I am currently a senior at Brackenridge and I can easily say that while it isn't a perfect high school, I absolutely live it there. While the teachers and administrators are average, the thing that makes Brackenridge special is the student culture. Everybody is involved in something weather it be sports, clubs or just hanging out. I am the current captain of the baseball team and I can say the best part of my day at Brackenridge is getting to baseball practice and being with my teammates/ brothers because they always bring out the best in me to try my hardest on the field and in the classroom, and whenever I'm having a bad day I can always count on them to make me feel better. In conclusion the best thing about Brackenridge high school is the overall student culture.
